Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ('AUP') governs all access to and use of Motion Studio, including our AI video rendering engines, script ideation tools, reference frame generation, voice synthesis, and API integrations.

Motion Studio is built exclusively for professional, commercial, and creative User-Generated Content (UGC) video advertising, brand storytelling, and e-commerce product promotions. To maintain a safe and trustworthy environment, all users must strictly adhere to this policy at all times.

Motion Studio maintains a strict, zero-tolerance ban against Not-Safe-For-Work (NSFW) content and sexually oriented media. You agree not to submit prompts, upload reference materials, or synthesize videos that contain:

• Explicit nudity, uncovered genitalia, buttocks, female breasts, or sexual acts.
• Pornographic, erotic, or sexually explicit depictions, illustrations, or synthetic simulations.
• Sexually suggestive imagery, provocative poses, fetish themes, sexualized roleplay, or sexually suggestive bodily motions.
• Promotions for adult entertainment services, escort services, sex toys, erotic live-streaming, or sexually explicit dating products.
• Attempts to circumvent, bypass, or jailbreak safety filters using phonetic substitutions, encoded prompts, or euphemistic descriptions.

Motion Studio maintains an absolute zero-tolerance policy regarding Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (CSAE).

You are strictly prohibited from generating, uploading, referencing, or attempting to synthesize any visual or auditory representation of minors in sexually suggestive, abusive, or exploitative contexts. Any detected or attempted violation will be immediately blocked and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant legal authorities.

You agree not to use Motion Studio to generate misleading or non-consensual synthetic depictions of real persons:

• Non-consensual face-swaps: Replacing or transferring the facial likeness of any real person onto synthetic actors without verified prior written consent.
• Deepfake Impersonation: Synthesizing photorealistic videos of identifiable politicians, celebrities, public figures, or private individuals to make them appear to speak or perform actions they did not take.
• Unauthorized Voice Cloning: Cloning or imitating the unique vocal characteristics of any individual without demonstrable legal authorization.
• Non-Consensual Intimate Imagery (NCII): Fabricating nude or sexually suggestive depictions of any identifiable real person (strictly barred).

Users are prohibited from utilizing the platform to produce or promote content that encourages violence, harm, or unlawful activity, including:

• Violent acts, gruesome gore, torture, bodily mutilation, or depictions of extreme cruelty.
• Promotion, encouragement, or instruction on suicide, self-harm, or dangerous eating disorders.
• Hate speech, harassment, slurs, dehumanizing rhetoric, or discrimination targeting individuals based on race, ethnicity, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, or nationality.
• Terrorist organizations, violent extremist ideologies, radical propaganda, or bomb/weapon manufacture tutorials.
• Facilitating illegal drug trade, sale of unregistered firearms, controlled contraband, or unapproved prescription pharmaceuticals.

Motion Studio is designed for authentic, high-converting commercial advertising. Users must respect consumer truth-in-advertising standards and third-party rights:

• Deceptive Claims: Generating video ads promoting fraudulent investment schemes, pyramid schemes, fake giveaways, or counterfeit products.
• Misleading Medical Claims: Advertising unverified 'miracle cures' or unsubstantiated medical claims that jeopardize public health.
• IP & Trademark Theft: Uploading or exploiting logos, proprietary trademarks, or copyrighted characters belonging to third parties without legitimate commercial authorization.

Motion Studio employs a multi-tiered safety architecture to protect our ecosystem and ensure compliance with partner and payment network standards:

• Prompt Safety Filtering: Natural language processing scanners examine creative briefs, shot prompts, and scripts for disallowed keywords and evasion patterns prior to task queueing.
• Reference Frame Moderation: Computer vision safety classifiers inspect uploaded product images and generated reference frames for nudity, NSFW elements, and forbidden iconography.
• Output Verification: Generated video renders undergo automated frame-sampling and visual compliance checks before final export packaging.
• Enforcement Actions: Violations will trigger automated job cancellation, video takedown, temporary suspension, or permanent account revocation without credit reimbursement. Repeat offenders are permanently blacklisted.

Motion Studio is an independent AI video generation platform built on top of third-party foundation models (including models developed by OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, and open-source research communities).

Motion Studio is NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partner-contracted to represent OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, or any underlying foundation model creators.

By using Motion Studio, you agree to also comply with the acceptable use guidelines established by the respective foundation model creators whose technologies power our underlying generation pipelines.
